Next week, July 24 through July 26, C.E. Bourne Roofing Company will be making repairs to the Monticello Clubhouse roof. The repairs will consist of removing 4” of stucco from the sides of the cupola and replacing the flashing on the cupola and around the roof waste stacks. This should be a 1 or 2 day job and should not interfere with business or the club schedule. This repair has been delayed due to the rainy conditions and the contractors schedule.
